Their existing search solution struggled with a 30,000-product catalog, so they looked for faster search, improved navigation, and smarter product recommendations. Vendor Voyado Elevate, then known as Apptus eSales, was selected for its AI-driven merchandising capabilities.

Voyado Elevate implemented automated online merchandising powered by machine learning to optimize search, recommendations, and navigation across the site. Using 3 to 5 years of historical data and around 1,000,000 transactions, the system quickly learned customer behavior and delivered strong results: sales grew 38% in the first month, with later gains including 30% increased sales and revenue, 17% higher conversion rate, and 11% higher basket value.
