Katalyst, a Pearson Talentlens India client, works to help young women from low-income communities build careers through professional education and leadership development. As more of its engineering students needed stronger English skills for the workplace, Katalyst looked for a flexible language-learning solution that could fit demanding academic schedules and help participants gain confidence in communication and writing.

Voxy, through Pearson Online English (POE), provided a self-paced English learning platform with web and mobile access, group classes, and personalized content tailored to learners’ goals. Katalyst also added platform trainings, WhatsApp support groups, and a rewards program to drive engagement. Among 127 learners who completed two or more assessments over 12 months, 89% increased or maintained their English level, with higher activity and study time correlating to better outcomes, showing measurable impact from Voxy’s program.
