CENIBRA’s Teams Improve their English Proficiency with Voxy’s Language Training Solution

CENIBRA, a Brazil-based pulp and paper company with main shareholders in Japan, needed a more effective English training program to support cross-team communication between its Brazilian operations and Japanese leadership. The company’s previous face-to-face language classes lacked visibility into employee progress, making it difficult to measure proficiency gains. To address this, CENIBRA turned to Voxy’s language training solution.

Voxy implemented a program with progress tracking and engagement reporting through the Voxy platform and Command Center, while also helping CENIBRA refine participation criteria and management processes. The results were strong: 96% of participants stayed engaged, 77% improved their proficiency, and employees completed 52,073 activities. Nearly 40% of participants also reported saving 2 to 8 hours of work per week, showing a clear productivity impact from the Voxy program.
