Campari and Voxy’s Combined Effort Drives Engagement, Proficiency Gains, and Employee Satisfaction

Campari Group, the Italian beverage company, wanted a better way to deliver English language training to employees in Brazil while also gaining clear insight into engagement and learning outcomes. After struggling with a previous provider that could not supply the data they needed, Campari partnered with Voxy and its Command Center reporting dashboard to track participation, proficiency, and ROI.

Voxy and Campari designed an optional program for selected employees, requiring at least 48 lessons and two live sessions per month, supported by dashboards, coaching, and personalized engagement nudges. The results were strong: 86% of participants stayed active, learners completed 20,096 lessons, 58% joined live group sessions, the share of Low Intermediate learners increased from 29% to 57%, and employees gave Voxy an average satisfaction rating of 4.5 out of 5.
