Performance Food Group (PFG), one of the nation’s largest foodservice distributors, needed to raise customer service, accuracy and operational efficiency across many distribution centers while minimizing IT overhead at each site. To centralize voice-directed picking and improve consistency, PFG selected Voxware and its Voxware VMS (Enterprise Voice Manager) to deliver a standards-based, centrally managed voice solution.

Voxware deployed a centralized Voxware VMS platform (supporting Honeywell HX1 voice terminals) that enabled real-time monitoring, remote updates and centralized control of DC operations.
