Shell used Voxpopme to help its Global Insights team better understand consumer friction, pain points, and need states ahead of an innovation workshop. The team wanted to bring richer qualitative context to its existing quantitative research so it could prioritize solutions and make better decisions about real consumer problems.

Using Voxpopme’s video research and automated video analytics, Shell screened respondents across the United States and China and collected 500+ video responses in about four days. Voxpopme helped Shell quickly identify key themes and sentiment, enrich its data with consumer stories, and create more empathy and stronger decision-making in its global innovation workshop.
