A Voximplant Case Study
Bitrix24 used Voximplant to add telephony to its cloud CRM and create a cloud PBX for its flagship platform. The goal was to let users make and receive calls from a web browser, see caller information automatically, and connect telephony with other communication tools in a way that would fit into existing services.
Using Voximplant’s cloud JavaScript and HTTP API, plus its Web SDK, Bitrix24 built a full-featured virtual IP PBX and softphone for web and mobile apps. Voximplant also supported SIP connectivity for existing phone systems. The result was a solution active in 59 countries, handling over 3,000 phone numbers and more than 3.5 million calls per month, and Bitrix24 said the CRM and telephony integration increased sales.
