Brain Research, one of the largest independent full-service market research agencies in Latin America, ran large urban consumer-intercept projects for clients like Coca‑Cola and Unilever but struggled with a CAPI provider that lacked advanced features, provided slow (and non-Spanish) support, and had synchronization delays up to 48 hours.
