Cimigo, a 200‑person market research firm operating across Asia, was hired to run one of Hong Kong’s largest tourism studies requiring a sample of N=250,000 interviews per year at border and airport departure points. To meet the scale and multilingual needs of the project, Cimigo selected Voxco and its Voxco Mobile Offline survey software to support face‑to‑face tablet interviewing and robust data delivery.

Cimigo rapidly deployed Voxco Mobile Offline to 40 interviewers using tablets with seven‑language questionnaires, automatic syncing (every five minutes where WiFi is available, or nightly otherwise), and 10% of interviews audio‑recorded for quality control. The Voxco solution delivered higher response rates, broader reach, full offline capability, and 100% accuracy between collection and analysis, enabling faster reporting, fewer resources and reliable handling of the 250,000‑interview program.
