To fill that gap they partnered with Voxco, deploying Voxco’s survey platform (Voxco Multi-Mode including Voxco Mobile Offline and Voxco Online) to gather live and post-event feedback.
Voxco provided tablet-based, in-the-moment Mobile Offline surveys during the three-day event and a follow-up Voxco Online survey after the conference, tying emotional feedback to the wearable activity data. The combined approach gave C2 Montreal a fuller picture of attendee behavior and enjoyment, with quick sub‑1‑minute surveys producing continuous sentiment snapshots and actionable insights that helped organizers emphasize positives and reduce negatives for future events.
