Reducing operational expenses by enticing Taxi passengers to use self-service mode

iCabbi, an Irish cloud-based dispatch provider supporting 70,000 vehicles and more than three million weekly trips, needed a way for its taxi customers to reduce operational expenses, boost customer retention, and attract new riders. To extend its platform with promotion management, iCabbi integrated Voucherify’s API and white‑label promotion features to add unique promo codes, referral schemes and targeted campaigns to its mobile apps and web booker.

Voucherify delivered a white‑label extension, promo code redemption widgets and prebuilt SMS/push integrations, plus guided onboarding with iCabbi’s team. As a result, partners automated distribution via email, SMS, push and print, increased self‑service bookings by incentivizing app/web use, and reported higher app downloads and growth in bookings. Voucherify’s Discount Coupons, Referral Program and Gift Cards helped iCabbi customers improve acquisition, retention and operational efficiency.
