How Receipt Bank increased customer acquisition by 13%

Receipt Bank, a UK-based paperless bookkeeping platform, faced the challenge of rolling out a new pricing proposition while testing customer response, migrating thousands of legacy accounts, and boosting both acquisition and retention. To run targeted experiments and offer personalized discounts, Receipt Bank partnered with Voucherify and used the Voucherify platform (discount coupons, referral and cart promotions) to manage promotions and migrate customers to the new pricing.

Using Voucherify’s API-first promotion engine, Receipt Bank quickly integrated and launched targeted discount and referral campaigns to move price-sensitive customers onto the new plans and to test acquisition levers. Voucherify helped the marketing team double the number of customers migrated per month, a promotional campaign drove 13% of new customer acquisition in a single month, and personalized discounts improved retention (about a 10% lift); Receipt Bank also ran a successful referral pilot via Voucherify with plans to scale.
