Main Event, a Dallas-based entertainment company with 40+ centers across the United States, needed a modern promotion engine to replace a legacy custom-built CRM/barcoding setup. As they migrated to Emarsys and kept their custom POS, they needed a marketer-friendly solution that could integrate with POS, support both online and offline redemptions, and preserve existing printed offers without disrupting customer experience. Voucherify was selected to fill that gap.

Voucherify helped Main Event rebuild and migrate their legacy promotions, re-create printed barcode offers, and connect promotions between Emarsys CRM and the POS. The integration and offer migration took a little over a month, followed by a few weeks of testing, and Main Event now runs 100+ campaigns simultaneously and has successfully launched and managed over 15 million coupons. With Voucherify, the team can test offers on small segments before launch, launch campaigns faster, and keep redemptions at a pre-pandemic level despite industry disruption.
