Live Nation — including Ticketmaster, House of Blues and Tickets Now — needed a scalable way to run consistent, compliant nationwide Facebook, web and mobile promotions across 198 locations and multiple languages while growing its opted-in customer database. The challenge was coordinating hundreds of users and brands to create varied promotion types (sweepstakes, UGC contests, hashtag campaigns) while ensuring legal review and workflow control.
They deployed Votigo’s Enterprise Promotions Platform to manage multi-brand, multi-location campaigns with role-based access and automated workflow approvals. Since 2014 the platform powered over 5,000 promotions, generating 2.5 million user entries and more than 300,000 new email subscribers, while supporting 150+ users and dozens of promotion formats across many languages.
