Golden Light Equipment Company (GLE), a franchisee of Auto-Chlor Systems serving restaurants, schools, hospitals and other institutions, faced inefficient, paper-based service billing and disparate route-accounting processes that created week‑long delays and limited visibility across trucks, technicians and central accounting.
