Seacore Seafood, Canada’s leading importer, distributor and custom processor of fresh and frozen seafood, faced scaling challenges from manual processes across inventory, accounting, route management, order entry, logistics and retail POS. Seeking an ERP tailored to food distribution and retail, Seacore selected VAI and its S2K suite (S2K for Food, S2K e-Commerce and S2K Route Manager) to automate and integrate its three divisions and complex inbound/outbound logistics.
