Western Power Sports, the third-largest U.S. wholesaler/distributor of power sports parts and accessories, faced the challenge of scaling customer service, accounting and warehouse operations across multiple warehouses to support rapid growth. To address this, the company worked with Vormittag Associates to upgrade to the newer S2K Enterprise for Distribution ERP software.

Vormittag Associates implemented the S2K upgrade—bringing streamlined navigation, redesigned screens, a built-in database, advanced analytics and warehouse management capabilities—which improved information access, resource allocation, employee productivity and response times. While no specific numeric metrics were published, Western Power Sports reports smoother operations, stronger customer/vendor relationships and says the Vornmittag Associates-led upgrade positions the company for a more profitable future.
