VAI helps Large Saudi Arabian-Based Distributor Streamline and Integrate Warehouse Operations

United Yousef Naghi Company, a major Saudi Arabian distributor of LG home appliances and consumer electronics with 12 warehouse facilities and more than 1,200 employees, needed to streamline and integrate warehouse and logistics operations and give sales and customer service teams timely, accurate data to support growth. To address these challenges the company worked with Vormittag Associates and elected to upgrade to VAI’s S2K Enterprise Software Suite (including S2K for Distribution, S2K for Manufacturing and S2K for Warehouse Management).

Vormittag Associates implemented the upgraded S2K modules in December 2009, delivering improved navigation, a more user‑friendly GUI and enhanced data access. As a result, United Yousef Naghi Company gained more robust, accurate and timely data retrieval, improved operational efficiencies, better warehouse performance and faster distribution times, leading to higher employee productivity and increased customer satisfaction.
