PruittHealth, a large family-owned long-term care provider serving about 24,000 patients daily across 180+ locations, needed a modern solution for mobile WMS, EDI, demand planning, analytics, eCommerce and rental management to better manage MedSupply distribution, inventory and invoicing. After evaluating ERP vendors in 2020, PruittHealth selected VAI and deployed the VAI S2K platform, including S2K Rental, Suggested Purchasing, EDI and eCommerce capabilities.

VAI implemented S2K to handle rental reservations and tracking, suggested purchasing/forecasting, handheld picking, electronic PO/invoice processing and a unified eCommerce site. As a result, PruittHealth cut carrying costs by 21%, reduced back orders by 33%, improved order accuracy and on-time deliveries, streamlined vendor interactions with EDI and three-way invoice matching, and gained better visibility into inventory, certification dates and demand — all enabled by VAI.
