Phantom Fireworks Streamlines Business Processes and Fireworks Sales Skyrocket with VAI S2K

Phantom Fireworks, the retail arm of B.J. Alan Company and a leading U.S. consumer fireworks distributor, faced extreme seasonal peaks (90% of sales in the six weeks around July 4th, with 75% in the final two weeks), fragmented inventory across states with differing regulations, and 24–48 hour delays in ecommerce/POS and inventory updates. To ensure uptime, competitive pricing and real-time inventory across dozens of stores and warehouses, Phantom Fireworks selected VAI and its S2K ERP/POS solution.

VAI implemented S2K across Phantom Fireworks’ retail and warehouse locations with rapid rollout (about two stores per week), delivering real-time inventory and pricing, faster employee onboarding, and improved payment security via VAI’s VeriFone partnership.
