Lawn Equipment Parts Company (LEPCO), a family‑owned wholesale distributor serving roughly 2,100 customers and more than 1,300 dealers, was struggling with an aging ERP that couldn’t handle its product breadth (60,000+ active SKUs and about 285,000 including repair parts), multiple delivery channels, or needs for forecasting, analytics, mobile access, e‑commerce and a single source of truth. LEPCO selected VAI and its S2K ERP solution to replace the legacy system and meet requirements like advanced analytics, a robust mobile app, and support for complex warehouse “pick and marry” workflows.

VAI implemented S2K in a roughly one‑year project that went live in November 2019; the integrated solution consolidated data into a single database and added BI/AI forecasting, CRM, e‑commerce, shipping and inventory capabilities. Since deployment VAI’s S2K has improved user experience (point‑and‑click UI vs. green‑screen), enabled online dealer inventory visibility, automated billing/warranty/rebate processing, and stabilized operations—allowing LEPCO to efficiently manage its large SKU base and multi‑channel sales while maintaining high service levels.
