Kingfisher Associates and VAI offer UK-based Quirepace a one-stop-shop with S2K

Quirepace, a UK-based specialist in pneumatic tube systems, faced major IT incompatibility after acquiring Barloworld Vacuum Technology: one business ran Sage on PCs while the other used IBM AS/400 systems, forcing time-consuming re-keying and spreadsheet workarounds. To replace these disparate systems, Quirepace selected VAI’s S2K ERP solution (procured and implemented via IBM partner Kingfisher Associates) to provide a proven, scalable mid-market system.

VAI implemented S2K Enterprise for Distribution and S2K Service and Repair (going live in August 2010), consolidating orders, service management and inventory into a single platform. The VAI solution delivered faster, virtually error‑free order processing, single-entry data that freed staff for higher-value work, and improved cross-system visibility to streamline customer service, with implementation and ongoing support provided through VAI and Kingfisher Associates.
