JOSHEN PAPER & PACKAGING, a distribution and supply-chain company founded in 1988, faced scaling challenges as it moved from legacy systems to support rapid customer growth and multiple acquisitions. To modernize operations, improve collaboration and enable mobile sales, the company selected VAI and its S2K suite, attracted in particular by VAI’s unlimited user license option.

VAI implemented the S2K suite (including S2K Mobile, Suggested Purchasing and EDI), worked through acquisitions to put all entities on one ERP, and developed a mobile sales app for Joshen’s field team. As a result, VAI’s unlimited user licensing was leveraged eight additional times over ~20 years, Joshen expanded into 11 states, and inventory was reduced by more than 20%, while sales and customer self-service were significantly streamlined.
