Inter-County Bakery Supply, a fourth-generation, family-owned wholesale bakery supplier serving NY, NJ, CT and PA with roughly 3,500 SKUs, needed to modernize operations, automate processes and streamline its supply chain. To meet requirements for a Food ERP, mobile order entry and analytics, Inter-County selected VAI and its S2K Enterprise for Food solution.

VAI implemented S2K Enterprise for Food along with S2K Mobile and Analytics, giving Inter-County real-time inventory and purchasing insights, mobile order entry and integrated reporting. The rollout enabled the 12-person sales team to place about 4,000 orders per month via S2K Mobile, kept operations running through a critical holiday transition and the early 2020 pandemic without missed orders, and delivered measurable improvements in decision-making and supply-chain efficiency thanks to VAI’s platform.
