Imperial Dade, a fast-growing distributor that acquired six companies and operates three distribution centers, faced fragmented operations after those acquisitions—multiple software systems and no central view or control. To gain an affordable, scalable enterprise-wide platform, Imperial selected VAI and its S2K Enterprise (S2K ERP) solution in May 2012 to consolidate systems and provide real-time visibility across the business.

VAI implemented S2K Enterprise and went live in May 2013, providing trainers (average user training ~8 hours) and professional consulting. The deployment delivered real-time integration, consolidated staff, improved delivery times and accounting efficiency, and reduced transportation and inventory carrying costs while adding a trackable audit trail and better visibility for growth.
