Kinnunen, an Oklahoma-based supplier of construction supplies, rentals, parts and service with more than 80,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and multiple retail locations, struggled to manage inventory and sales across three sites. Facing daily lost sales from poor SKU visibility and time-consuming weekend inventory counts, Kinnunen sought a unified ERP with POS, mobile/WMS, demand planning and eCommerce capabilities and selected VAI’s S2K ERP to provide real-time data and analytics.
