BWI Companies, a 15-location wholesale distributor of lawn and garden products serving 15 states, needed to automate and integrate core business functions, eliminate manual reporting, and extract customer buying trends and product profitability. To meet those goals, BWI selected Vormittag Associates’ S2K Enterprise software (VAI), including modules such as CRM, Analytics and the S2K SmartCenter.
Vormittag Associates implemented the S2K suite—Financial, Warehouse, Retail, Distribution and Manufacturing Management plus CRM, SmartCenter, Portal and Analytics—to centralize sales and customer data, automate reporting, and enable real-time collaboration for BWI’s mobile sales force. The deployment consolidated customer and prospect activity into a single database, improved visibility into product and customer performance, and is expected to save significant time and money while increasing productivity and decision-making for BWI Companies.
