Brydens, a large Trinidad & Tobago distributor of wine, spirits, food and hardware operating three warehouse facilities, needed to integrate operational and financial systems, support multiple units of measure (stocking in cases while selling in individual units), and streamline receiving, picking and shipping to remove time-consuming manual tasks. Brydens chose VAI and its S2K Enterprise for Distribution (with the later addition of S2K WMS) as a flexible, customizable ERP compatible with its IBM Power Systems platform.

VAI implemented S2K Enterprise and S2K WMS, working closely with Brydens staff to configure units-of-measure handling and optimize warehouse workflows, centralizing data for better decision making. The VAI solution delivered measurable impact: greater financial transparency, simplified warehouse operations, and average annual increases in company sales and profit margin of 20% and 23% respectively from 2003–2009, providing a clear return on investment attributed to VAI.
