Berk Enterprises, Inc., a longtime supplier of plastic, paper and biodegradable foodservice disposables with over 6,000 SKUs and thousands of weekly parcel, LTL, TL and fleet shipments, faced manual, offline shipping processes, no multi‑mode rating/routing, and little visibility or control over carrier costs. After consulting with VAI, Berk selected Agile-Network and its AgileElite transportation management system to provide an automated, centralized solution integrated with VAI’s S2K ERP.

Agile-Network deployed the AgileElite suite (AgileAudit, AgileFreight, AgileShip, AgileRoute) with behind‑the‑scenes integration to VAI S2K to handle manifesting, rating/routing, auditing and invoice reconciliation.
