Berjé Inc., a New Jersey–based global distributor of essential oils and aromatic chemicals, struggled with paper‑ticket inventory tracking across a two‑story facility and mixing operations that required precise, real‑time location and quantity data. To replace manual processes and integrate with its ERP, Berjé partnered with VAI and selected VAI’s S2K for WMS with ticket processing.

VAI implemented S2K for WMS integrated with Berjé’s existing S2K for Manufacturing, replacing paper tickets with container scanning and transaction‑level tracking and adding checks‑and‑balances for order picking and shipments. The six‑month, low‑cost rollout pushed inventory accuracy to greater than 99%, delivered container‑level traceability by sales order, improved delivery accuracy and regulatory accountability for chemicals, and boosted productivity across accounting, production, warehousing and distribution.
