AVA Companies, a 30-year importer, distributor, and manufacturer of protein products, faced challenges with manual order entry, lot tracking and food-safety compliance, and frequent local power instability that caused system downtime. To address these issues, AVA turned to VAI and implemented the VAI S2K cloud-based ERP platform along with VAI’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) and lot-control features.
