AIMCO and VAI establish long term collaboration through seamless ERP integration

AIMCO, a 1970-founded supplier of critical fastening solutions for automotive, aerospace, electronics and other industries, faced fragmented processes from a legacy ERP with many modules and integrations. The company needed improved MRP, production scheduling, shop floor data collection and demand planning to run distribution and manufacturing efficiently in a single Portland warehouse, so AIMCO moved to VAI’s S2K ERP to streamline operations and consolidate systems.

VAI implemented S2K ERP modules including Demand Planning, weekly MRP, cargo-entry receiving and shop-floor data collection, enabling one‑click receipts for consolidated shipments, combined manufacturing orders to the shop floor, and in-system access to drawings and work instructions.
