Redington partnered with VONQ to solve a tough hiring challenge: they needed to recruit an entire IT team in Bristol within two months, despite having little employer brand awareness and no existing tech network in the city. Rather than relying on agencies or job boards, they looked for a more creative way to attract software developers, including a team lead, for their new office.

VONQ helped Redington promote a local tech meetup by putting the company’s brand and purpose first, then targeting the right audiences through social media, online communities, and ad networks. The campaign generated 95 event registrations, 55 attendees, 5,862 views, and 4,930 clicks, and Redington filled all five tech vacancies shortly after the event while building a strong future candidate pipeline.
