Nature’s Pride, a major international fruits and vegetable supplier, was growing quickly and needed a better way to build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for roles in procurement, sales, production planning, and logistics. The result was faster recruitment and much better efficiency: Nature’s Pride reported cost-per-hire dropping to under EUR 1,000, well below the EUR 3,681 average and far less than agency fees that could reach EUR 6,000 to EUR 20,000 per vacancy, while also gaining full control and better measurement of their recruitment process.
