Lidl, one of Europe’s largest supermarket chains, needed to hire qualified supermarket managers quickly across its rapidly growing international business. The company worked with VONQ to strengthen its employer brand and improve recruitment marketing for this hard-to-fill role.
VONQ designed a multi-channel campaign using social media, niche and regional job boards, mobile advertising, and Google display/search/remarketing, supported by storytelling content from Lidl employees. In just two months, the campaign generated 375 applications, 27,000 people redirected to the website, and a total reach of 857,000 people, while also improving the quality of incoming applicants and driving ongoing organic interest after the campaign ended.
