A VONQ Case Study
The European Investment Bank (EIB) worked with VONQ to address a major recruitment challenge: attracting a more diverse candidate pool across the EU, especially women with STEM, IT, engineering, and quantitative backgrounds for banking, risk, and treasury roles. As the biggest multilateral financial institution in the world, EIB wanted to strengthen its diversity and inclusion goals and reach candidates from all 27 EU member states.
VONQ supported the EIB with recruitment marketing to build employer brand awareness, drive traffic to its careers page, and convert more female candidates through targeted campaigns across social media, Google, and website channels. The campaign delivered 380,000 views on the diversity page, reached 66.1% women, and led 11,500 people to start an application, helping EIB make its hiring efforts more efficient and effective.
