VONQ implemented a data-driven job advertising setup connected to BNP Paribas’s career site, giving the recruiting team access to 5,000+ media channels, automated ad imports, and transparent performance reporting. The results included 1,227 campaigns booked in one year, 2,064 media channels used, 93,000 clicks from job boards and search engines, 89,000 clicks from social media and Google ads, and 62% time savings compared with direct placement.
