The result: rapid growth and expansion (revenue jumped from $40K to $180K year‑over‑year, an Ottawa team of 25+), 80% of bookings done online, the ability to add locations in minutes, and efficient marketing (about $20 per conversion and an 8× ROAS), positioning Cleen to franchise and expand nationally and internationally.
