Centralizing scheduling and improving donor experience became critical to support expansion and fundraising goals.

The result was faster administration, higher-quality donations and customer satisfaction, richer reporting, and a more than 80% increase in monthly pickups (from about 200 to 362 in a June comparison), helping generate enough profit to build roughly eight Habitat homes per year.
