Brother Bill's Helping Hand partnered with VOMO to simplify their volunteer management

Brother Bill's Helping Hand, a West Dallas nonprofit providing food, healthcare and education since 1944, partnered with VOMO to simplify volunteer management. Before VOMO, Director of Volunteers Courtney Cuthbert faced time-consuming back-and-forth phone and email scheduling to match volunteer calendars and find service times.

VOMO implemented a centralized volunteer platform where volunteers can view upcoming projects, see availability, sign up themselves, and store hours. As a result, VOMO eliminated much of the manual scheduling, consolidated project rosters and volunteer hours for easy reporting and verification, freed staff time to focus on volunteer engagement and ministry work, and made it simpler for volunteers to find roles that fit their skills.
