VolunteerHub Proves Indispensable for Donner Sang Compter Lebanon

Donner Sang Compter (DSC) is a Lebanese charity founded in 2010 that promotes blood donation as a humanitarian cause and has coordinated over 1,000 blood drives, collected 35,909 units of blood, and registered nearly 23,000 donors. Despite this impact, DSC struggled with a manual volunteer-management system—relying on spreadsheets, phone calls, and one-off emails—which was time-consuming and limited the organization’s ability to scale and respond quickly to crises.

DSC implemented VolunteerHub for its flexibility and customizable volunteer calendars, quickly adopting features like personalized communication, user groups, volunteer self-registration, reporting, kiosk, and multiforms. The platform revitalized their volunteer program, streamlined operations, and improved crisis response during COVID‑19 and the August 4th Beirut explosion, enabling a more strategic, efficient way to engage supporters and meet increased community needs.
