JA is Engaging Corporate Sponsors with VolunteerHub

Junior Achievement–Rocky Mountain (JA), a Colorado nonprofit that prepares K–12 students for financial literacy and work readiness, reaches over 126,000 students across 500+ schools and relied on more than 6,000 volunteers in 2016–17. As JA’s programs and corporate partnerships grew, managing volunteer sign-ups with several online tools and manual data entry became time-consuming and hampered recruitment and sponsor engagement.

JA implemented VolunteerHub to create sponsor-specific landing pages, automate waiver tracking, pre-fill forms for repeat volunteers, and feed volunteer data directly into their database. The platform streamlined recruitment, cut manual data entry, improved reporting and corporate partnership management, and freed staff to focus on program growth and volunteer engagement.
