Upmesh, a live commerce startup reinventing online shopping for streamers, was spending too much time on manual expense work as it scaled. Volopay’s Bill Pay and expense management tools were brought in to address these challenges.
Volopay implemented an all-in-one dashboard for accounts payable and receivable, multi-currency wallets, corporate cards, and Xero integration to automate payments, reimbursements, and reconciliation. As a result, Upmesh gained greater visibility and control over spend, simplified employee claims, and created a more scalable expense process that saved both time and money while reducing manual work.
