With Volo Vision and Volo Vibe providing reporting and sales snapshots, the business improved margin control, cleared slow-moving stock more effectively, and doubled average monthly online revenue from about £175K to £350K. The company also gained greater resilience through a balanced mix of sales across Amazon, eBay, and its own website.
