The Amway Grand Plaza Hotel is an 862-room, AAA Four Diamond hotel with a 500,000 sq. ft. convention center, eleven dining outlets and roughly 70 POS terminals across multiple venues. They needed a comprehensive, easily customizable POS that centralized menu management, integrated gift-card/rewards functionality, reduced operational complexity, and enabled team-sharing and quick bill-splitting for large events and banquets.
