Simpro, a global provider of cloud-based workflow software for trade businesses, needed a single, cloud telecoms platform to unify its call centres across multiple countries. After finding that previous VoIP arrangements left them with different suppliers, on-premise PBXs and limited cross‑office routing, Simpro turned to VoIPstudio to provide a unified cloud VoIP solution that would eliminate physical infrastructure and enable global “follow the sun” call handling.
VoIPstudio deployed a cloud telephony solution including IVR, queuing and a simple admin panel, rolling out about 170 extensions across four countries with minimal disruption. The VoIPstudio platform improved call quality, made number provisioning and remote management fast and easy, and enabled flexible cross-office routing; Simpro reports roughly a 40% reduction in costs versus its previous VoIP supplier (and 70–80% versus fixed landlines).
