Ascert, a global provider of automated software testing used by major enterprises, struggled with fragmented, hard-to-manage telecoms across offices in the US, UK, South Africa and Australia. Disparate systems (a hybrid PBX and Windows server in the US, BT FeatureLine in the UK) made international calls costly and inconsistent, so Ascert selected VoIPstudio’s cloud-hosted VoIP/hosted PBX solution to unify communications.

VoIPstudio delivered a cloud platform managed through a simple web portal with features like IVR, follow‑me mobile forwarding and a mid‑point data centre to reduce latency.
