Vodafone Global Enterprise designed an end-to-end telematics solution for Yamaha, including hardware, connectivity, connected vehicle services, and customer support through the My TMAX Connect app. The system lets riders locate their scooter remotely, monitor usage, map trips, set speed alerts and geo-fences, while also helping protect against theft with real-time tracking and police recovery support. Yamaha reported the solution to be hassle-free, reliable, and popular with customers, with thousands of connected TMAX models able to activate within minutes.
