Porsche Netherlands wanted to bring a new shared car ownership concept to market while ensuring a simple user experience, high service reliability, and accurate reporting. To support this, it worked with Vodafone Global Enterprise using Vodafone Automotive telematics and IoT capabilities.

Vodafone Global Enterprise implemented the “Share a Porsche” service by installing Vodafone Automotive telematics devices in each shared vehicle and analyzing the collected data through the Vodafone telematics platform. The solution enabled 2–4 people to share a Porsche under a collective lease contract, helping Porsche Netherlands launch a new ownership model, reach more potential customers, and open new revenue streams with a smoothly operating service.
