Jofemar manages its vending machines globally

Jofemar, a global leader in vending and dispensing solutions, faced the challenge of needing to remotely manage its widespread vending machines to prevent out-of-stock situations, product deterioration, and other operational issues. Vodafone implemented its Managed IoT Connectivity Platform to provide Jofemar with global coverage and a multi-operator service in Spain. This solution integrated with Jofemar's own J-Suite management tool, enabling real-time monitoring, automated alerts, and remote control of stock and machine status. The results included increased fleet profitability, a reduction in support visits, and the ability to anticipate and prevent damage, all managed through Vodafone's simple and stable platform.
